Patient: What are the bad news?

Patient: That's horrible... And what are the very bad news then? 
Doctor: You have Alzheimer's disease [don't know if it's the correct
	translation, it's the disease where you forget a lot of things...

Patient: Thank god, at least I don't have cancer.
